Unable to Access Files??

Although we have not changed our service, we continue to receive comments from people unable to access our files. We tracked this problem to the browser being used to access the files. Specifically, we found that Internet Explorer, version 4, will no longer access the files at our site. This version of Explorer will need to be upgraded because the security certificates are expired. Internet Explorer, version 5, and Netscape, version 4.7 and other versions, worked fine. If you have trouble accessing our files, please check the version of your browser and update if necessary.
